Life with a cast....

 While I am excited to get Chandler's cast off this coming Monday I think he has enjoyed it most of the time...He still gets to watch Roxy...

 He still gives those funny faces...

 He still gets to share treats with Daddy....

 He still gets to play in the backyard....

 He still gets to go for rides....

 He still gets to hang out by the water....

 Grandpa still thinks he's cool...

 He can still eat JUST fine.

And he's still pretty cute!

But man mommy is a little tired of this cast! 

Ladies Night Out

I recently became a part of a ministry called Ladies Night Out. There were three locations already started around Jacksonville but nothing on the Westside. Its a very good mentoring program for all women whether they have children or not, married or not. Rhonda Ellis mainly speaks with some guest speakers from time to time and it meets once a month. I offered my home to meet in for the Westside once a month and so far we have had a great time in fellowship and learning more about being the heart of our home. I haven't gotten very many pictures yet but here are a few. If you are in the area, join us on the Westside, the third Monday of every month :)

Toddler Food!

I loved the website Wholesome Baby Food, when I was creating homemade purees for Chandler, trying to avoid the store bought baby food and to help me think of ideas and how to make purees in general.

Well my now somewhat picky toddler led me to find Wholesome Toddler Food. This is a great website with a bunch of nutritional information and serving needs for toddlers. It also has lots of recipes and ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its helped me a ton so....

DESTIN!

My aunt owns a condo in Destin and we were able to go for a few days in September with some of our friends. It was a blast! Interesting with the kids this time but still a bunch of fun!
