Got tupperware?

Anyone got tupperware? We seriously could just have these for toys...He played with this particular one for over 30 minutes. As you can see, he is getting around pretty well on the tile but if anyone has any advice for crawling/learning to walk on the tile, I'd appreciate it! We put him inm pants alot so he doesn't scratch his knees so much. I'm just always scared about him hitting his head. Its already happened quite a few times!

"talking" after bath time

For some reason....I get the best conversations and faces right after he's had a bath or he's on the changing table :) Go figure. He's a doll though. I enjoy every minute. He's holding his head up really well and is now sleeping 12 hours at night! I'm so proud of the little chunk.

Crazy Legs!

We have two swings one is a swing that just rocks mainly so I only use that if he's woken up from a nap early and I don't want him really stimulated to see if he will go back to sleep and the other swing has toys and lights that flash.He loves this swing so much that sometimes he does this...

One Month Old!

And in his crib already! I've had to do some "tweaking" with his sleep routine lately and I think I've maybe got it right...for the time being. He was not sleeping well during the day at all so I made the switch from our room to his room in his crib. I also started swaddling him (I had not done this since a few days after he got out of the hospital) Also his room is alot darker than our room during the day because the sun comes up on our side. I'm not sure which thing really helped but now he goes down for naps with NO PROBLEM and I am an excited mommy! You can see in the picture that his arm "escaped" the swaddle and usually he cries if this happens but it must have happened in his sleep. Anyway, I'm very glad that he's sleeping!

I don't like this already! Time is FLYING by! But I am excited about every stage coming up I just wish they would stay in tiny baby stage a little longer. I look at him and honestly become overwhelmed at the awesome power of God. How he created this little one from nothing. He is such a joy to me. I am so thankful that he is healthy.

Wednesday Update and More Pictures

Wow- it is hard to find time to update! We've been so busy between being at the NICU for feedings...coming back to the hotel and eating just to run back up for the next feeding. So we apologize for not returning some messages...we don't have phone service in the NICU.

We just wanted to give a quick update...Chandler is making progress every day and there is a POSSIBILITY he could go home on Thursday!!! Everything is looking well as far as his latest tests and he's eating like a champ.

I can't priase God enough for his faithfulness and sustaining us during this time. Its definitely the most emotional thing I've ever been through-its been hard having to get up and go right after having a baby but God's given me strength and I am so excited at the possibility of bringing him home. He is beautiful and it is so hard leaving him every time.

Here are some other pictures..some of them are older as you can see his oxygen is still in along with the tube in his mouth. The latest ones are when I've gotten to hold him to feed :)
