Romans 12:9-13
"Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality."

Happy Birthday Chris!

Chris turned 28 this past month! On his actual birthday he just wanted me to fix chicken and rice :) Easy to please huh? He loves cheesecake so I also made him one (my first attempt at cheesecake) Now I know why I don't eat it very often. 4 whole blocks of cream cheese!!! Nice treat though! The week after Chris' grandma took us all to Outback so here's some pictures of his family.
Katie was a sweetheart and made him a cake :) Good job Kate!

All in the Family

Chris has a huge family and they like to get together whenever someone gets married or has a baby. Its so nice that they do that! Carol organized it this time and did a wonderful job. The unique thing about them is most everyone lives in Jacksonville! It was good to see everyone (even though I still don't know everyone's names yet!) Chris' mom, me and Carol (who's also expecting Dec. 25th!)
The two grandma's and I (I think our child will definitely end up dark headed!)

I'm going to spell out his name on the wall but these are also his initials

One of the cutest diaper cakes I've ever seen!

Some more.....

These are some pictures from my shower that my mom's friends Cindy and Diana threw for me. They did such a great job and it was so nice of them. This shower was special because both my grandma's were able to come. My dad's mom is in bad health and my mom's mom doesn't live in town so it was very nice to have them together.

Courtney and Chris waited a long time for this day! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception. I didn't get a picture with the bride though :( But these are mostly of our table.

Carson was so cute- he was dancing to the music!

31 Weeks!

I just wanted to give a quick update....I'm starting my 31st week and had a dr.'s appt this past Tuesday at 30 weeks and measured a week ahead. The doctor says everything is going well and looks good...he even said I have dropped already but I'm not quite sure. It does feel that way though! He was active at the last appointment he kept kicking away at the doppler and the nurse was cracking up...which then had me laughing so took about 5 minutes to get his heart rate, but its still good and strong. I believe weve also decided on a name. It will be Chandler Ray Lettow as of this moment. Ray is Chris' middle name and a family middle name so we were going to keep that and we really liked the name Chandler. You don't hear it too often these days...I know I know...Chandler Bing from Friends :) The nursery is coming along well...my dad has just finished painting so when we get it all done I will be sure to post pictures!
